  • What are your opening hours?
    Our standard opening times are open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. However we will take bookings events out of these days and hours; please contact us with your requirements and we can send you a proposal.
  • What facilities do you have for disabled access?
    We have a disabled toilet, ramp access and wheelchair suitable door widths throughout the facility. Two of our meeting rooms are on the upper floor which does not currently have lift access. If your event requires wheelchair access, please let us know.
  • Do you have round tables?
    For events requiring round tables (e.g. banqueting set up) we hire in round tables for your event. These costs will be included within your room hire quotation.
  • Do you have a cloakroom?
    No, we do not have a formal cloakroom. We do have hanging facilities in each room.
  • Do you offer accommodate for virtual / hybrid events?
    Yes, check our virtual and hybrid event packages here.
  • Do you have Wifi?
    Yes, all of our conference rooms include complimentary Wifi.
  • What hours does morning / afternoon include?
    Morning hours are 9am - 1pm, afternoon hours are 1pm - 5pm. All meeting rooms can be booked on an hourly basis as well.
  • What is included in the price of the meeting room?
    Included within your meeting room is: • Furniture as provided to the room layout requirement • Plasma screen • Flip chart or wipe board • Lectern or tall table for presentation are available on request, free of charge Additional screens, flip charts or additional lecterns will incur a charge.
  • Am I able to get in the day before for set up?
    Any additional set up time will be added to the charge of your room.
  • Is it possible to deliver conference material prior to the day of the event and return to the organiser afterwards?
    We kindly request that you do not organise deliveries to our venue prior to your event. Any deliveries or equipment required for your event will need to be delivered to C7 Conference Centre within the hours you have hired the space. C7 Conference Centre staff will not be responsible for accepting deliveries on bookers behalf.
  • Can you give me a Daily Delegate Rate?
    Yes, please contact our team to discuss your event requirements and we can give you a DDR.
  • How do I pay for my event booking?
    If you are using our online booking form then you can pay immediately to secure your event date. If you request a proposal we will send you a link to an online booking confirmation for you to sign the contract and make payment online. Payments can also be made by BACS transfer.
  • What deposit do you require?
    • Up to 3 months before your event - 10% of room total • 3 months - 6 weeks before your event - 35% of room total • 6 weeks - 28 days before your event - 50% of room total • 28 days until event - 100% of room total • Full payment for room required 28 days prior to event date
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Our prices are offered at highly competitive rates; however if you wish to discuss your rate please contact our team.
  • When do I need to confirm catering numbers by?
    For our standard catering packages we request final numbers are confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event. For bespoke catering orders through our partners, final numbers will need to be confirmed 10 days prior to your event.
  • Can I bring in our own food?
    We ask that any food consumed on site is bought from C7 Conference Centre or our catering partners. We ask that your delegates do not bring takeaway food on site. Any attendee bringing in take away food will be asked to consume this off the property.
  • Do you accommodate dietary requirements?
    Yes, we will ask you to provide dietary information in advance of your event.
  • Do you have parking?
    Yes, we have 55 car parking spaces on site. Street parking is available within less than 100 metres of C7 Conference Centre.
  • Do you have hotel accommodation?
    No. We are within a short distance of some great hotels in Glasgow City Centre. Please contact us if you would like recommendations for hotel accommodation in Glasgow.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my event?
    We understand the world of events may feel a bit uncertain as we “get back to normal.” To take the pressure off, we are offering flexible booking options up until the end of 2021. We offer free rescheduling of your events in 2021 if you have to change your date and free cancelation if your event is cancelled due to government Covid-restrictions. For any cancellations unrelated to the Covid-19 pandemic; we will be operating our regular booking cancellation policy: Notification Period for Cancellations • From 6 – 3 months to the event: 25% • 3 months – 6 weeks prior to the event: 35% • 6 weeks – 28 days prior to the event: 50% • 28 days – 8 days prior to the event: 80% • 7 days or less prior to the event: 100% All further details regarding this will be provided on your contract.
